Discover the Delicious & Affordable Hair Treatment: Garnier Nourishing Hair Food Review

Hair treatments are a fickle thing, most of them are overpriced and under deliver. However, I have managed to find the best affordable hair treatment on the market.

I purchased the mini size of the Garnier nourishing banana hair food whilst waiting in a super long line at Chemist warehouse. The smell of banana is really good, in all forms. Banana bread, banana milkshakes, banana muffins, banana on pancakes – you get the picture. However when I used the banana hair food, I hated the smell.

However it left my hair feeling so silky smooth, I couldn’t possibly just stop using it. So I grabbed the repairing papaya hair food next time and it’s simply divine.

I typically wet my ends and comb this in from the ears down, and leave it to sit for a few hours whilst I go about my day. You can apply it to wet or dry hair. Then when it comes time to shower, I rinse it out first and then wash my hair as normal.

You can also use it in place of conditioner, after shampooing. You can also run it through your ends after washing your hair, as a leave-in conditioner.

I love it, it smells delicious and it leaves my hair feeling silky and smooth. You can grab it from pharmacies, supermarkets and other retailers. It’s $11.95 for 390ml, making it an incredibly affordable hair treatment option.
