The most untapped beauty supplement

Looking to up your beauty routine in the simplest and quickest way? Collagen can not only improve skin health but also hair and nail strength, joint pains and gut health plus so much more!

Towards the end of 2020 I came off the contraceptive pill that I had been taking for a number of years and was incredibly concerned that my skin would break out in acne.

I did some research on how I could prevent my skin from breaking out and kept coming to the conclusion that I would need to start taking some form of collagen. My research confirmed that collagen is associated with a number of health benefits such as skin health by reducing wrinkles and dryness. It can also help to increase muscle mass, prevent bone loss, and relieve joint pain.

I had noticed a lot of people promoting Dose & Co, a NZ based collagen company. The price was displayed as roughly $45 (depending on which you choose) on their website but you can literally pick them up at Coles, which normally do have a sale on them which offers a discount. So I decided to give it a go.

It’s been around five months since I have come off the pill and my skin rarely breaks out and I can only attribute that to these beautiful powders. I have tried the Vanilla Collagen Creamer, Caramel Collagen Creamer and the Pure Collagen which are all amazing. They each stir so well into warm and cold drinks, you can add them to baked goods, morning smoothies or just a glass of water!

I love the versatility, I love the 100% plastic-free packaging, the price and that they are easily accessible to me. I normally love to try new products, however I will continue to go back to this product again and again after finishing a tub.

Thanks for taking the time to read this post, the most untapped beauty supplement!

Until next time,
